Next to offset surveys Starmountain Survey & Consultancy is involved in land surveying, mainly in the field of specialised measurements:

- Deformation surveys
- Bridge measurements for passage height determination
- Water crossing surveys

Starmountain Survey & Consultancy has a variety of surveying equipment, among which are a Leica TCRA1101 total station, mainly used for ship's geometry measurements and deformation surveys, Wild N3's for Water Crossing Surveys and a Leica GPS1200.

The instruments are mainly used for specialised measurements where they are controlled by in-house developed software.
